Description of Action

Dania’s Police Chief, Don Peterson, has recommended the use of available State forfeiture funds to purchase a new access control system for the City’s main Police Station.  Funds for this purchase have not been planned in the approved City budget and therefore, the use of available forfeiture funds is appropriate and allowable upon the recommendation of the Police Chief.

The Administration recommends approval of this Resolution.
